Environmentalist, Climate Optimist and Founder of The Green Hub

I started The Green Hub in 2015 as a personal blog sharing my journey of reducing plastic waste. It has since grown to become one of Australia’s largest education platforms dedicated to helping people live a more sustainable life, talking about the big environmental issues like climate change, plastic pollution, and fast fashion – showing people how they can have an impact through their own small daily actions and how to be part of the bigger environmental movement.

I always say ‘there is no one-size-fits-all green lifestyle’ – because living a sustainable life looks different for everyone – you just need to find what works for you, your lifestyle and your family. For me, it’s not only about reducing waste and remembering your reusable grocery bags – it’s about living slower, reminding ourselves of what’s actually important in life, savouring moments and finding happiness in the small things and not stuff.

I firmly believe that our lifestyle choices have the power to create the kind of world we want to live in – that our everyday choices collectively add up to something so much more – and while our individual actions may not save the planet, the culture shift we’re creating will.
